Cricket has had successful careers in education and business. Since 1994 she has been working as a business and educational consultant, is a qualified and experienced counsellor, has managed NLP Northeast since 1989, founded Magical Spelling Limited, and has her own company; Cricket Kemp Associates. She publishes articles and presents at NLP conferences. She is pursuing a PhD examining the effect of Magical Spelling on general literacy skills.

Caitlin is a SOAS linguistics graduate who did three years of post-graduate research into strategies for lexical access here and in Ghana. She has applied the principles of NLP and Clean Language in teaching, from Primary schools and individual tutoring to post-graduate lecturing. She works as a business and education consultant, and as a therapist.

Graham is a trainer and conference presenter with significant experience of working internationally. Perhaps best known for his fast cartoon drawings, he applies NLP skills in both business and education. He has extensive experience in both sectors and is a former training manager at British Airways. In his teaching career Graham taught in primary schools in Surrey and is a former Acting Headteacher.

He taught music in Germany and the UK, and was Head of Music Service for Cumbria, as well as an examiner for Trinity College. Ian has considerable experience as a performer, conductor, teacher, arranger and composer.

Katrina is a sessional lecturer at Birkbeck College, London. She teaches vision improvement which is also used in creativity and memory training. She is an executive coach, an eclectic therapist, and teaches storytelling. She speaks regularly at conferences and is currently in a Feldenkrais training.

Harry started out as a psychiatric nurse, worked for many years as a management trainer for an NHS mental health trust, and now works independently as a therapist and trainer. He has a somewhat unique and individual approach to stimulating learning development in course participants.
